As providers we will be called for a number of things this call was by an employee worried about the patient. I watched the full video, at first the patient seemed okay but then became a challenge and disorientated. Later her (his) family stated she was fighting mental issues. As you watch the video it does appear the providers were monitoring her but not in a more responsive fashion. There is a current investigation and the two providers are suspended , pending the outcome. Ensure no matter what always follow protocols, ad when in doubt call medical control. Also with the LGBT+ communities growing globally, be prepared to address patients who are not what they seem, it is just a way of life they chose and we still need to provide excellent care to all.
